JCS Building offers full construction services to our clients. We have completed a wide range of residential contracts in a number of leading golf and security estates in South Africa as well as other areas. We employ the services of professional architects, engineers, other consultants and only suitably qualified sub-contractors in the execution of all projects. Needless to say, the relevant Engineers Certificate, Architects Certificate, NHBRC Certificate, Electrical Certificate, Concrete test Certificates, Waterproofing Guarantee, Paving Guarantee, etc. is issued on completion of every contract.

ABOUT
The firm Wanja Projects cc T/A JCS Building was established in 1994 and initially practised mainly in a consulting capacity to developers, architects as well as building contractors. This quickly led to Project Management contracts and subsequently Building Contracting.
The CEO of the firm have been involved in a wide range of commercial and residential developments throughout South Africa and employs the services of professional architects, structural engineers, other consultants and only suitably qualified sub-contractors in the execution of all projects.
We have undertaken a variety of different styles of building designs and have vast experience in methods of construction as required under the differing South African conditions.
Contrary to industry trends, JCS conducts business in an ethical and professional manner offering the client peace of mind he deserves.
